How long before I receive my user name and password after I register online for the training?
After you register online for the Marshall & Swift Commercial Cost Training online course, an automated response will be sent to your email address to verify your purchase. If the order is placed Monday through Friday by 1 p.m. PACIFIC, your user name and password will be sent to you within 24 hours. If you place the order in the evening, over the weekend or on a holiday, your registration will be processed on the next business day.
Does the 30-day subscription period begin when I register for the program?
No. The 30-day training will not begin until you receive an email conformation with your user name and password.

Please note that this does not confer certification as an appraisal professional by any entity, state or other jurisdiction.
How long does it take to complete the program?
The related reading and exercises are approved for 7 hours of Continuing Education credit in California and Florida, but can be completed in less time depending on the user. With the convenience of the Internet, you can sign on anytime from any computer with Internet access. Enter the curriculum at your own appropriate level and progress at your convenience.
