How long before I receive my user name and password after I register online for the training?
After you register online for the Cost Approach to Residential Appraisal online course, an automated response will be sent to your email address to verify your purchase. If the order is placed Monday through Friday by 1 pm PST, your user name and password will be sent to you within 24 hours. If you place the order in the evening, over the weekend or on a holiday, your registration will be processed on the next business day.

Does the 30-day subscription period begin when I register for the program?
No. The 30-day training will not begin until you receive an email conformation with your user name and password.
