the opportunity to renew their subscriptions online. Please
note, only existing customers can access this feature.
Our annual subscription products include the Marshall Valuation
Service, Residential Cost Handbook, Commercial Cost Explorer
CD, Residential Cost Explorer CD, Commercial Estimator 7,
Residential Estimator 7, Resedentail Xpress, and all of the product combos and
suites.
If you are eligible for online renewal, you have already
received a renewal notice or email notification directing
you to a special URL with rates specific to your account.
Please reference the URL listed within these notices to renew
your subscription online.
If you experience any difficulty in renewing your subscription
or have misplaced your renewal notice, contact our sales and

PST.
