First-time subscription purchases include a new book, CD and software application (whcih must be registered with Marshall & Swift). The Marshall Valuation Service is updated every month and the Commercial Cost Explorer and Commercial Estimator 7 are updated in January, April, July and October of every year. Your first update will arrive in the next update month following the date of purchase.
